CalorieKing has truly been a lifesaver for me. I LOVE the format, the community and the program. If you intend on using a food diary, then I would pay the $55 for this one. If you&#039;re just thinking about doing it, I&#039;d keep a written journal or use a free site for a while to see if you like it, and if you do, sign up for CK. I&#039;m pretty sure they offer a money-back guarantee, so you might want to just go ahead and see! I like the online software the best because I can access it from anywhere, so that&#039;s what I would recommend.
